When you place an order, an automatic receipt is generated on our screen for you to see your order number and tracking information. You will later receive an invoice when the order is delivered.

Our customer service personnel will lead you through the process of how to return an item to our nearest warehouse close to your zip code. Depending on the weight of the item, UPS or FedEx will pick up the item from your address.

We always replenish out of stock items except when the product is discontinued in our supply chain system.

We usually schedule a pick up for return items or we will receive instructions via  email or by phone where to ship the item.
